RadarClass VCC (Vehicle Counter Classifier) Measures speed, classifies and records vehicle data. The RadarClass VCC is a radar
counter classifier system
designed to record the details of passing vehicles. The unit stores the date,
time, speed, class and direction of each vehicle passing through the field of
detection. Measurements for approximately 270,000 vehicles can
be stored and downloaded via an RS232 connection to a PC, laptop, netbook or GSM Modem
for evaluation. The RadarClass VCC
may be fixed above or to the side of the
lanes in which the data is to be collected. When the unit is fixed at an angle
of 27° to the traffic flow the speed is accurate to 2km/h under 100km/h and 2%
above 100km/h.
